Bror David Johnson

Bror has been a licensed executive within the Insurance and Recruiting industry since 1997.  He has worked within the Fortune 50 for organizations like RR Donnelly, AT&T, Willis Towers Watson, and SunLife Financial.  He has a unique skill set of combined insurance placement, consulting and executive recruiting within the insurance marketplace.  

Bror graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration.  Prior to founding Retention Search, Bror built a successful career in the insurance and recruiting industries.  He has a wealth of experience in various functions of the business, including business development, underwriting, consulting, resource quarterbacking, product development, hiring and recruiting.  

With his vast network of industry connections, Bror is now using his knowledge of and passion for the insurance industry to help place top talent, partnering with clients across the country to fill critical positions.

Marina christos

Marina has been working with small and medium sized businesses on their social platforms since 2011.  She founded Socialty, a Chicago-based Social Media Marketing firm and is well versed in general social media strategy, content marketing, social recruiting, web development, and online presence management.  

Marina earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1999 from the University of Illinois at Chicago majoring in English and Communications.  Her previous professional experience included over 10 years in Human Resources where she specialized in Recruiting and Customer Relationship Management for AT&T.
