Bror David Johnson is the Founder of Retention Search and brings more than 25 years of experience across insurance, recruiting, business development, and consulting.

His background spans executive search, internal recruiting leadership, employee benefits, insurance brokerage, and related advisory work, giving him a broad perspective on the talent and growth challenges facing insurance organizations today.

Over the course of his career, Bror has held leadership and business development roles with organizations including Willis Towers Watson, AT&T, RR Donnelley, and Sun Life Financial. He has also spent more than a decade building Retention Search, supporting clients across retail brokerage, specialty insurance, employee benefits, and related professional services.

He is known for combining insurance-market knowledge, recruiting judgment, and commercial perspective in a way that helps organizations make better hiring and talent decisions.

Retention Search also collaborates with a trusted network of experienced recruiting and industry professionals on a selective, project-by-project basis, depending on client need and scope.
