Coaching From the Hiring Side of the Table

Most career advice comes from people who have never made a hiring call. This program is built on what we see every day as executive recruiters working directly with employers: how hiring decisions actually get made, what moves a candidate forward, and what quietly takes a candidate out of the running.

The program is five structured sessions, roughly one per week, with homework after every session. The work between sessions is where the progress happens. It is not a resume service and it is not a pep talk. It is a working system for running a job search the way a search professional would run it.

How It Works

Every session ends with homework. Each one builds on the last.

Session 1: Foundation

Session 2: Going to Market

Session 3: Progress Review and Course Correction

Session 4: Preparing for the Final Stretch

Session 5: Closing It Out

The final session covers offers and negotiation and can be banked for up to 90 days, so it is there when it matters most.

Who It Is For

New graduates entering the market for the first time, and experienced professionals a few months into a search that has stalled. The program asks for real work between sessions. If you are willing to do the work, it will meet you there.

Investment

The program is $1,000, paid in advance of the first session. No packages, no upsells, no ongoing retainer.

Career coaching is a standalone service, fully separate from our search practice. Candidates in Retention Search engagements are never charged a fee.
